Cleanse Journey Day 6
Back on track! Four shakes a day are a doable task but you do miss eating. At this point the shakes taste better. Half way done, that helps the taste of the shakes considering I sip on the shake as if it were any other drink at this point.
I am still consuming a lot of water, my food intake is significantly decreased (at least that’s what it feels like). It could be thing time of year but I’ve been dragging a little. Low energy, although that was mentioned in the guide, at this point I’m taking in fewer calories.
Bright side: Snacking habits have changed, looking for avocados, almonds and apples as opposed to chips, etc.
The Other Side: I like fish but I had to take a break and substitute a meal with beans.
